The venue for this networking event shall be at PABLAW, 26th floor, The Orient Square, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. CPCAP established the first Philippine Online Dispute Resolution (PH-ODR) – an online “multidoor courthouse”, to promote use technology in dispute resolution for speedy and inexpensive resolution of disputes outside of the court system. Atty. Parlade will discuss the current state and potential of online dispute resolution and arbitration in the Philippines
